Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Miracle Sign Post (177 Blacklock St, Cambridge ON N1S 0C6) for ordering sign post services through miraclesignpost.ca. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can use the service
The service is for real estate professionals and their teams with listings in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and nearby areas we agree to serve. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for orders placed from your account.
Orders and prices
Prices are listed on our home page and in the order form, before 13% HST. Current prices are:
- Standard install: $50.00 (installed within 24 hours)
- Rush install: $60.00 (installed within 8 hours)
- Post removal: Free, picked up within 48 hours
- Rider: $20.00 (added within 24 hours)
The price you pay is the one shown when you order. Paid orders are charged by card through Stripe, and an HST invoice is available in your account.
Install times
Standard installs are done within 24 hours and rush installs within 8 hours of payment, unless you pick a later date. We may be delayed by severe weather, frozen ground, unsafe conditions or no access to the property. If we can't install at the address, we will contact you.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the property owner allows a sign post on the property.
- You give us the correct address and clear placement instructions.
- You tell us in the order notes about anything buried near the spot, such as sprinklers, invisible pet fences, private gas or electrical lines, or lighting cables.
- You follow your brokerage's and your local municipality's rules for signs.
Our posts
Posts and riders we install remain our property. Please request removal from your account when the listing is done; removal is free. If a post is lost or damaged by someone other than us, we may charge for its replacement.
Cancellations and refunds
You can ask to cancel an order any time before it is installed by emailing info@miraclesignpost.ca. Cancelled orders that haven't been installed are refunded in full to the card you paid with. Once a post is installed, the order can't be refunded. If we miss the install time for your order, contact us and we will make it right.
Messages from us
By using the service you agree that we may email and text you about your account and orders, such as payment receipts, scheduling and install or removal notices. These messages are part of the service.
Liability
We install with care. We are not responsible for damage to buried items that weren't marked or described in your order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and orders follow the terms in place when they were placed. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
